"LET GO OF ME, YOU- MMPPHH! MMPPPHHH!! MMMMPPPPPHHHH!!"
Aqua felt one of the mobsters press a large stripe of duct tape over her mouth as his two other associates attempted to restrain her. As they tried to force Aqua into a dingy, dimly-lit boatyard office, their boss walked over to the desk where a phone sat and began to make a call.
"….Hey, Sykes. I know, you're busy at the moment, but me and the boys got a bit of a situation. Some freaky broad came across our boatyard and went poking about our shipments. You gotta see this chick. Dresses like some medieval LARPing wench from uptown. Even tried to doin me and guys with some cheap sword-key prop."
"MMMPPHH! MMPPHH!"
The other mobster were now trying to force their kicking and screaming captive into a wooden armchair seated in front of the office desk. As Aqua continued to struggle, she could hear the faint voice of the man on the other end of the receiver.
"Heh, women. They'll use anything as long as they know they can swing it and make it hurt."
Aqua then heard a wheezing laugh, as if the man was heavily chomping on a cigar.
"Well actually, Sykes, this lady actually put up a pretty intense standoff. She actually took out a few of my boys with that key-sword thing. Hehe, but don't worry, apparently she don't know much about a gun. Couple of rounds here and there, and she had it. Can you believe that? But, hey, this sword thing she was using is actually pretty legit. Definitely not some rubber or plastic toy."
"Ahh, maybe you can sell it off to some pawn shops downtown or a one of them stinkin role-play enthusiasts."
"Gotcha, Sykes. Let me tell ya, though, she's was feisty one."
"MMMPPPPHHHH!!"
The mobsters had finally gotten Aqua to sit down in the armchair.
"Still, for someone outta the times, and from what I've seen, she definitely knows how to use a sword if she had one. I suggest we should take some 'extra' precautions. Gotta hold her down first. How do we start with the arms?"
"What do ya mean?" Sykes asked. "You start with the knuckles."
The boss turned to his men.
"You heard him. Knuckles up!"
"Mmpph! Mpphhh!"
The men holding Aqua seized her forearms and then forced them onto the armrests of the armchair. With the same roll of duct tape they used to gag her with, they began wrap the entire length of Aqua's forearms and knuckles to the armrests.
As two of the mobsters continued to secure Aqua's forearms, the third fetched a metal bucket and bag of quick-drying cement from the corner of the office. The other mobsters finished with taping Aqua's forearms, and when they saw their accomplice with the bucket and cement, they all exchanged approving nods. Together, they tried to get a hold of Aqua's legs, which was considerably more difficult as she was still kicking wildly.
"Can't have some lousy female shouting stories about us. Ain't no telling what she might have seen. What chu you think? I could put one in her skull right now. But then again, I haven't slit a throat in awhile either…"
Sykes didn't immediately respond to the boss's question.
"Aah, Fagin! Do come in. I'll be right with you."
Sykes turned his attention back to the boss.
"Yeah? No, you don't kill 'em yet…"
"Mmmppph! Mmmmpphhh! Mpph!"
At the moment, the mobsters were firmly holding Aqua legs in the metal bucket as another began to fill it with the quick-drying cement.
"Good thinking, boys." The boss gave them a small thumbs up.
"Huh?"
"Oh, Sykes. Just to get our guest comfortable. Yeah, we just finished. Got the arms first with the tape."
"And then? What's the last thing ya did? You put on the cement shoes?"
"Hehe, you know me and the boys too well. Don't worry, I know what to do. Throw 'em in while they're still awake, yeah. It'll last longer." The boss sounded somewhat disappointed.
"Mmpph?"
"Yeah, that's right. C'mon."
"Alright, alright. I still would have liked to use my new knife though."
"Hey, don't worry about."
"Alright, be here in ten."
The boss hung up the phone.
"Well lady." The boss cooed as he held Aqua by the chin. "Sorry 'bout this, but it's just business."
Aqua just angrily glared back at the mob boss.
"I hope you ain't got nothin' 'bout fishes, because tonight, you gonna be sleepin' with them."
Aqua once again began to struggle against her bonds, but with her arms and hands taped down the way they were, she could summon her Keyblade. And by now, the cement had dried, so from her lower legs down, she couldn't move at all. All she could do was helplessly scream and shout indistinctively through her gag for whatever miracle to help her get out of her predicament alive.

Dialogue of Sykes taken directly from the movie.

My interpretation of the phonecall between Sykes and some undisclosed "accomplice" before Fagin discusses with Sykes about his ransom "plan."
